Gathering, Use and Disclosure of Transmission Data
Before you are able to use LiveWith Arthritis, you will be required to register. To register, the eTreatMD
Service will require the following Personal Information and Potentially Personal Information from you: a
username, first name, last name, country of residence, email address and password.
You are able to use eTreat Acne without registration, however we encourage you to register. Accounts that do not
register with the eTreatMD Service cannot be retrieved if the eTreat Acne app is deleted or the user loses access
to their device. To register, the eTreatMD Service will require the following Personal Information and Potentially
Personal Information from you: email address and password.
This registration data is transferred to eTreatMD using encryption called SSL and is used to provide services,
such as allowing us to help you recover your account if you lose your password. Your password is transferred to
eTreatMD using SSL encryption but is only retained by eTreatMD’s servers in an encrypted format (which means
that it is not practically feasible to recover the password from this format). Once you have registered, your
password is used to help prevent unauthorized access to your account.
