Is clinical research stressful?

First, a career in clinical research can be overwhelming. It can be filled with exhausting unpredictability, long hours and meager entry-level pay. For all masochists like me who still read, you must like pain. Being a CRA is very demanding due to the large number of sites, study requirements and deadlines that need to be considered.
